Account information: name, email, and workspace details. Content you submit: voice recordings, meeting audio/transcripts, text, and files for task classification. Usage data: basic activity to operate and improve the Service. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data — please avoid including health information, government IDs, or financial account details in submitted content.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Service, to improve AI classification accuracy for your workspace based on corrections, to communicate with you, and to sync approved tasks to tools you've connected.

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

• Supabase — database storage, authentication
• Groq — AI processing of submitted text/transcripts
• AssemblyAI — transcription of voice/meeting audio
• ClickUp — if you connect your account, approved tasks sync there
• Resend — account and notification emails
• Vercel — hosting, temporary storage for uploaded meeting audio

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time via Settings, or by emailing hello@quirun.com.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, particularly during this beta period.

6. Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data depending on your location. Contact hello@quirun.com to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

QuiRun is a business tool not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
