1. Beta / Early Access Product

QuiRun is currently offered as a beta / early-access test product, provided for evaluation purposes and under active development. Features may change, break, be removed, or behave unexpectedly without notice. You should not rely on QuiRun for mission-critical operations, and you should maintain your own independent record of important tasks and deadlines outside the Service.

2. No Cost, No Guarantee of Continued Availability

QuiRun is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice to users. We do not guarantee the Service will remain available, free, or in its current form indefinitely.

3. Description of Service

QuiRun uses artificial intelligence to interpret voice recordings, text, files, and meeting transcripts, and to suggest task classification, prioritization, and assignment. All AI-generated suggestions require human review and approval before any task is finalized or synced to a third-party tool. QuiRun does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated classification, priority, or assignment.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, reviewing AI-generated classifications before approving them, keeping your account credentials confidential, and ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

5. Third-Party Services

QuiRun relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Groq, AssemblyAI, ClickUp (if connected), Resend, and Vercel. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of these providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QuiRun, its operator, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (zero, for free users).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuiRun and its operator from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time during this beta period. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Settings or by contacting hello@quirun.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
